I just buy a membership card. Then I can't to register it. The delivery messages keep told me to use another ic number. How can I use another ic number? My ic just one. How can I fixed it.

ReplyDeleteVisited store in DPulze on 12 Dec around 5.30pm in response to SMS received on birthday offer. I didn't have my card to redeem my points (my bad luck) and was told I'd have to pay rM20 for a new card! Paid for my purchase and cashier said no 5 sen available for change to return. I then expressed unhappiness over RM20 and no 5 sen. A non-uniformed girl in a white blouse behind the counter mimicked me as I walked away; when I turned back to confront, she and 2 others denied having done so and all 3 of them looked at me as if I was the liar. When I said I was going to lodge a complaint, the girl in white said "complain lah". Such arrogance!!! Watson needs to seriously look into rude staff who lack customer service etiquette and train them on customer service delivery. I expect a response to this and we'll see how efficient Watson's customer service is. Just walk into yor competitor Caring in the same mall and you'll notice the difference in the level of customer care they extend!!!

ReplyDeleteI like to lodge complaint regarding a customer service etiquette of one of your staff at the prangin mall branch in Penang.Your staff go by the name of nurul alhikin which is a "customer assistant " doesn't jive by the position she having which is to assist customers who have quarry about your product, instead of assisting she will just rudely avoid your questions or answers in the tone that is quite rude.
Please work on your customer service delivery because as I know this first complain regarding your staff.
