I live near a Tesco X store so I shop there quite often. Over the years the quality of the store has steadily declined. Over the past few months, whenever I go into the store I cringe. Here are some of the unpleasant experiences I encountered.
ReplyDelete- the floor is not clean, especially near the frozen foods area
- the floor is usually wet, water is leaking from the freezers
- freezer sliding doors are all not working properly and not closed (which probably leads to the leakage of water)
- there is an unpleasant odour along the chicken aisle and the chickens on display look terrible; they don't look fresh at all
- vegetable section is not well maintained, produce is not fresh
- the check-out staff are usually uncommitted and unfriendly
- check-out is slow
- there is no staff on duty
I am hoping to see some improvement soon ... my shopping experience is simply not enjoyable!
I have call a lot of times to head office but nobody pick up, is it the phone got problem or no body working there, can give me the account dept direct line, tq

ReplyDeletebeware i u want to go at tesco semenyih.what i and my wife saw,security at tesco semenyih is very bad attitude..they are foriegner always make disturb all customer and make make dirty to all customer also my friends wife work there also said this security make sexual harrasment go all staff tesco...
ReplyDeleteHi..today 27 august 2017 I went to Tesco SETIA alam..usually on weekend they will have part promoter for food tester.but they are racists.they only just serve their friend and their race only.not friendly and always chit chatting between them.never care the service that they should do.

ReplyDeleteThere are couple of new male RTC items staffs in Northern Tesco Sungai Petani.They will bring the RTC items after price labeled in a rack trolley.On the way from their store to the allocated RTC place they will stop in between and let their friendly customers to take all that they want.When we approach to take they will refuse and tell us to go to the usual place.Then almost nothings left.One of them will tell us to rearrange the left items after choosing.....NOT FAIR.

ReplyDeletePls check the price of tauhu keras sells in Tesco Seri alam at $0.47 which is around 90% high the same item sold in wet markets at $0.25/pc.
