    My wife bought the Steam Iron GV8960M0 for repair at TMT Citta Mall and was told by the technician that the iron has many faults which is not true.They wanted to charge high repair costs for the over all repair works after giving a discounts.Why do Tefal subject the consumers to high repair costs? Charging consumers to replace all unnecessary repairs work?
