I have bought an air conditioner of sharp model AH-XP10MV for nearly 2 years, yet I am very dissapointed with the product capability and functions, although the the air condiotioners not functioning as per description and as per se salesman recomemend recently I am frustrated when it come to air cond gas failure not even last for 1 year but 10 month only I need to refill the expensive gas, and after I made the air conditioning gas refill and a thorough cleaning of both inner and compressor unit, problem comes as the air condiotioners not even cooling for few weeks, I am really hope that your good company can send some technicians to help me with problem.   2. I had recently bought fridge from Sharp dealer. As I surveying few brand at the same time, I notice there is free gift pot from Sharp website, hence this is become my motivation to buy the Sharp fridge as I need the pot also. However when I received the fridge yesterday from the Sharp dealer, this is very disappointing that the shop told me free gift pot is finish and give me 2 tupperware, somemore the package is from Panasonic free gift. I’m very disappointing as at the first time I need the gift pot then only I consider to buy Sharp, else I will go and buy other brand with have better free gift rather than 2 tupperware. Sorry to say that I assume that the 2 tupperware value is much more cheaper than the pot value and now I need to spend additional money to buy the pot.

    If Sharp no longer have the free gift, why still advertise in website??? Or sharp need to write gift while stock last etc….Maybe there are lot people having the same issue like me but they choose to keep quiet but I would like to let Sharp know how is our thinking. I know that maybe this is not Sharp fault and the dealer issue, but as the shop is represent Sharp and become Sharp dealer, this is very important for the shop to present their professional and not just told me no free gift pot, give you another gift Tupperware. The dealer should go and tell Sharp..Somemore the fridge is slighty damage like a long line at the door. Even not a major broken and just slightly damage, but the dealer told me ‘memang macam ni, ini angkat dari kilang, macam ini punya’. Comeon, the dealer not checking the product first before deliver to the consumer and force the consumer to accept. As this is minor damage, no choice but to accept. What I want to say is the dealer is represent Sharp, so they need behave professional…… Because of this thing, I won’t go to the same shop to buy my other electrical item, not professional at all and like getting cheat…. Why other chain store like Senheng they do have the free pot but not the dealer shop, I’m really speechless………
