My name is Jamaliah, plus one card no. 6272 3172 0029 4374. My washing machine was not working as there's no light at panel. Cant even press start button but there's a sound when i switched on the current. I made a complaint to senq jusco seremban branch on 24/5/16 and another complaint tday to senq customer service. Ms serra. Its more than a week n nobody from yr technical/ repair dept called. My machine cant start so cant drain water, i already scoop out most of it but those underneath cant drain co my machine have very unpleasant smell of undrain soap water.
I hope senq have better after sales service n pls make sure that u have responsible technician around.

My machine is still under warranty period as i had purchased extended warranty when i bought the machine.
