    To Managing Director and CEO of Ogawa,

    This my fourth time sending email to you and last time i will using your product. I have no patient in dealing with your sales in bukit mertajam branch in Jusco. He just playing fool with me by asking me to take broken product which is not well service and need me to pay for it. It has been 1 year it took you to repair and it take me 4 times to go there and back with empty hand. This is seriously bad service ever that i ever met. "Am I a last QC to check the product for you"? cant you guy check it properly before call me. did you think this is a joke???!!!

    I just service and paid 2000 dollars of parts on 21/07/17 now is giving me a fault 02 is this we call quality service ???

    To day at about 3.30pm I recieved my massage chair back been repaired and working properly.
    Hopefully this time it is done proficiently and thanks to ogawa teams for this service

    I requested service for my massage chair MW2099 today thru your service center. The customer service told me the massage chair is discontinued and no service available as no spare parts. She suggested that I trade in for a new model. This is ridiculous -not a way to make the customer stay loyal and keep trade in for a newer product. This massage chair was quite expensive when I bought it 10 years ago. And 10 years is not a long period to disconinued servicing or provide spare parts. At least have the courtesy to send the technician to have a look at the machine before assuming it is a spare part problem.
    This way of marketing or after sale service is not fair to the consumer. This is not a Rm100 machine ! By the way your office is less than 2 km from my house, what is so difficult to send a technician to the house to check and advise the customer ?
