Very disappointed with the quality of Mazda 6 (BNE8866) which was delivered to me on 9 May 2015. There was a knocking noise at the front portion when the car drive to overhump. It was brought to the attention of the Mazda authorised service centre, Menang Nusantara Auto Sdn Bhd in Jalan Sungai Besi way back on 29 May 2015 during the month of delivery. After countless checkings & repairs (15 Oct 15, 9 Nov 2015, 2 Apr 2016, 6 Apr 2016 & the latest on 3 Aug 2016 (4 days in workshop to perform thorough check & parts replacement), the defect still recurred. It is very inconvenient for me & really tarnish the quality name of Mazda. Pls help. I could be contacted at 012-2906231.

ReplyDeleteRefer to your issue, it seems that Mazda Japan is not providing any technical support to Mazda Malaysia. I am having issue with my Mazda 2 Skyactiv as well. The lower control arm is broken however Mazda Malaysia rejected warranty claim, claiming the RHS knuckle is broken due to impact from secondary defect. So I left my comment at official Mazda Japan facebook page, some Japanese guy replied that for Malaysia side the technical support is from Mazda Malaysia only. So it's better to check with the advisor if they have "really" contacted Mazda Japan.
DeleteIs that any email address that I can write to instead of call?
