  1. Can u tell me other ways to contact ktmb ? i call many ,many times , but no body answer , even if line get through , they will just hanged up my phone . Emailed them also no reply . I need to correct the identity numbers in my trains ticket!!

    1. you are right, this is the way how they work. I wanted to purchase the ETS tickets online but not tickets available or not yet schedule for the following month ???

  2. Today I call KL,Penang,Bworth and Alor Star office telephone no. from 9.30am till 10.30am. NOBODY answer the call and the best part... the is is not busy at all. I guess they are too tired even to lift up the phone. This is what we call " MALAYSIA BOLEH "

  5. KTMB baik tak payah buat call centre ler. Tak pernah dapat pun bila call. Buang masa dan habiskan credit fon je. Email pun tak jawab. Sy cuma nak balik duit sy sebanyak RM171.00. Sy buat bayaran secara online untuk beli tiket ETS. Duit dari akaun bank sy ditolak tapi tiket tak dapat pun!!!!!

    2. that day i call to ktm service centre,the staff say that they will return back the money to me within 14 days...but until now i havent received the money... TT

  11. Tak payah call centre pun.. memang pointless.. memalukan nama ktmb je.. bazir duit banyak gile buat panggilan. Takde orang nak jawab pun! Saya buat panggilan dari 1pm sampai 5pm.. satu panggilan pun tidak dijawab. Memang buat letih dan sakit hati
