    Why is it so difficult to get a replacement remote control for my Haier TV model LE32K300g? I have been trying for over a year now in the end I sent for one advertised in Malaysia but imported from America. It does not work. It is wired for a different frequency to Malaysia. The customer service in Malaysia needs to improve in some areas.
