ReplyDeleteI wish to express my utmost disappointment on the inability and lack of commitment on the part of Daikin to repair my air conditioner (Model: FTK20PU1L; Serial No.2058071200830) which was purchased in 2015. As such I'm lodging this formal complaint as there is inadequate follow up by the the technical team (Group Associated Sdn Bhd)to resolve the issue.
Background - this 2.5HP Daikin air conditioner purchased in 2015 is unable to provide adequate cooling as expected from the A/C. We have called the local retailer in Parit Buntar and they have responded several times but to no avail. We have already incurred RM400 for these services which in itself is unfair. They have also complained to your technical team, Group Associated who inspected the air con on 2nd Oct 2015. They replaced the fan motor and despite this the air con is under performing significantly. We have asked for a replacement since 2015 due to what is obviously a defective unit but the local retailer mentioned they are unable to do so. As such I'm requesting your urgent intervention in this matter as it is extremely unfair that as a customer that I have not been provided an a/c that is in good condition and have endured this for far too long. it looks like all related parties are washing their hands off this matter as they have no idea how to fix this issue.
