  1. Poor customer services. Salesman & customer services no proper comunicate. Signed up form with salesman ady stated installation time is prefer 10.00am....but salesman never inform me they start installation on 11.00am. wasted time to waiting for 2 hours, 12pm only reach my home. Customer services also, wrong registration home address. Talking to Salesman, blame to technician, customer service. but instead they are not proper comunicate, push the ball here & there. Salesman irresponsible, poor customer services...even 3-4 ppls calling me, but time wrong, home address also wrong.

    4. I am not as lucky as those whose contract ends. I have 2 years to go. Such a bad customer service. With my air purifier , in 6months it started to produce bad smell twice and to get it fixed I have to wait 3 weeks each time. And I have to use all mode. Call , email , online site Just to get the technician to walk in and fix it 3 weeks later. But installment payment, right on the dot deducted though I couldn't use the service! No proper follow ups from customer service officers.

  5. Hi..

    I just bought coway product villaem model. I have few question.

    1. What is the ratio of disposed water and drink water. I found too many waste water.
    2. If I switch off night time and switch on again everyday. Does this effect the life of product?
    3. Since I used additional water pump, does this problem if I switch off the pump when the water is flowing? I mean, until low level then I switch on again.

  9. This is the 2nd Cody they arrange for me. the first one always need me to call her and ask when she's coming to service my filter. Now this second Cody is still the same and always turn up late. Today I tried to call her cause already after 2 months and my water filter needs servicing but can't get hold of her. Number not in service.Text her she did not reply Whatsapp her also no reply. So fedup with their after sales service.

  11. already called the customer service, 8 times due to water filter mulfunction, appointment on 8/4, but technician was missing. Already called the customer service for confirmation, but still no action. Then I called again the customer service on 10/4, six times, but yet no action until today! I am so frustrated with the service after sales! So bad!

  12. talk to one of the customer service but not too friendly and really like talk to a machine. not shows any empathy. please get your management to arrange a training for better customer service.
